Very slow service. The speaker was broken and we couldn't hear the gentleman retell us our order. He did not get it correct.

Arby's usually has great deals which is why we come here.

The long was very long during lunch time. I don't mind waiting, but the lady taking my order was not friendly. She incorrectly placed my order and I received the wrong sandwich.
