The staff is clueless

Never would go back again rude employees

we walked to see only 2 employees working in back, we waited for 5 minutes when 3 more customers walked in. Now there is a total of 8 customers in the lobby who have yet to be acknowledged. Finally I hear a girl shout to her co worker there is front line, like we were an inconvenience. Finally she comes up to take our order and was less than friendly. we waited for our food so I was expecting hot and fresh but my mozzarella sticks were hard and chewy. Very disappointing experience.

My food was cold!
