This visit may have earned my business again. I was in and out in 35-40 minutes. Only went because I got coupon emailed to me from Firestone. Previous experiences had not been pleasant dilute to long wait times

Lifetime balance and rotated my tires

Had free oil change due to previous unpleasant experience. Today was a different story!! Wes and Heather have always been Great and that hasn't changed!! Called at 8 AM to see when I could bring in for oil change. Surprisingly, I was informed that if I could be there in 30 minutes, they'd have it out in 45. Think I was in and out within 30 min from time of arrival. Much better in/out time than Any previous experience! OUTSTANDING STAFF!! They do best they can with what they have to work with

Was told on phone $80 plus part. Never expected hose to cost $40 but they did get me in and out fairly quickly

New faces-friendly but it wasn't genuine like it used to be Appt for 930 but car didn't go in until 10. It's a week until Christmas. Time is precious Asked for oil change and rotation. Guess I should've asked for balance since they didn't ask me. That's irritating. Whole thing just unpleasant and I won't be going back with any of the 4 cars I've been taking there since that store opened

I was told around 3:30 PM, that I could drop my car off for oil change at 5 and that they'd have it done by 7. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't get service b/c 2 of the employees decided they were going home. Not Wes's fault by any means but is it common practice for employees to just leave?
