The staff need to be more realistic on giving out the wait time. I waited 1 hour more than the 30 minutes I was told

Fast service

I was upset that I couldn't have my oil changed because I have a universal plug on my oil pan. Firestone wanted to charge me for a new oil pan before performing an oil change.

Went in for an inspection for the car and passed. Associate that assisted me was friendly. He said that if was bout an 1:30 wait but didn't take more that 45 min. Was very satisfied and was able to continue my errands before I had to go to work.

Way overpriced

My husband stopped in to do some price comparison and looking.

I went into Firestone to get prices on tires. Prices were higher than the other auto shop.

Was too busy

I had warranty on my car still
