I was told I had to wait a few hours so I left because I had only a nail in my tire and needed a quick patch up still a great staff but that was way to long for something that small of a job

Did not have the part in stock. Had to wait 6 hrs on part to be delivered and installed. Not a good experience at all.

We had the lifetime alignment and they told us 2 hours to get it done and when we returned 2 hours later we waited for another half hour and when we asked on the status of our car they gave us the key to a car that wasn't ours and hadn't even started on our vehicle yet
