The cashier said when I ordered a slim because I told her I wanted a ham sandwich "You can't get mayonnaise and mustard on your sandwich because you didn't pay for it but I'll put it in the bag." Not only was the way she said it rude but the policy is ludicrous. The staff needs customer service retraining. There are other ways she could have said the same thing more politely.
