Long wait

Was out of town and had a flat. Went here for an oil change the day prior. Went back for a tire. Made an appointment online and selected a tire that was $76. When I got to the store I was told they have the tire. It only took an hour, which was nice. However, when I checked out, I was told I owed $292! Significantly more than I EVERY pay for tires. I just put four Firestone tires on my wife's Mercedes for $476. I would NEVER pay $300 for one tire on my Mercedes!!! I am extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, since I was out of town on business and had to get back to Dallas by 3:00PM for a meeting, I was forced to accept the tire and the cost. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of when I am in a situation where I am at your mercy. I spend roughly $10,000/year on tires and oil changes alone (I drive a lot). I am strongly considering finding another company for all of my tires, oil changes, brakes, and additional vehicle maintenance on all of my vehicles. I thought someone should be aware of this. This is no way to run a business (reminds me of how Goodyear operates, which is why I am no longer a customer there).
