Need faster oil changes

I had a flat tire and firestone was the only place close. They charged me 30 dollars to patch a tire! They told me it was because I have psi tire pressure monitoring. This is not the first time I have had a flat and I have NEVER had any other place tell me they have to change me extra because I have tire pressure monitoring on my car! That is just absurd way to get extra money out of people.
