I was wanting a combo not realizing they didn't have it at this location-very unhappy

Tried to use drive thru. Was not greeted. Waited a few minutes then said hello. Then was told to hold on. Actually had to wait 5 more minutes before leaving the drive thru and going inside the store where no one greeted me and again I waited while an employee refused to turn around until I had to get her attention. One of the worst experience I've ever had in your store.
