Food is great. Service is great. But you went up on the price. We can eat for less than $13 at Whataburger or subway or McDonald's. You did away with the meal of the sandwich chip and drink. So instead of eating there once a week we will only eat there once a month.

Tried the new Alfredo chicken pizza. Didn't really like it. Women's restroom had only one stall out of 3 usable. Other 2 were stopped up and it smelled like sewer in there.

Our order was wrong twice. We ordered an original w no lettuce or onion and mayo instead of mustard. When we got the sandwich it had lettuce and onions so we sent it back. When we got the next sandwich it had mustard instead of mayo so had to send it back again. The employee wanted to argue with us that this is not what we ordered then when she took it back you could hear her complaining to the other staff members about it not being right again and that it was our fault when our receipt clearly stated the options we wanted. We did not appreciate the attitude of the staff when it was there error twice in a row.

3 kid pizzas were burned. Store and bathroom dirty. Not the same experience we have had at our usual Frisco location
