Messed up on my order.

Great customer service & great food. Don't like that employees that were off at the time were there standing around, sitting down, walking behind the counter. Manager shouldn't let them be there hanging around so long, especially without shoes!

Good food and healthy choices. I would like for them to expand their salads.

I didn't buy anything because they didn't have the soup they wanted

The sandwich I ordered was just made poorly and not like what I remembered from a previous purchase.

The service was kinda slow and they got our order wrong

My husband likes schlotskys better than subway. So that we could both be happy he went there and I went to subway.

Guy running register looked sloppy and unprofessional. Tables were dirty service was slow and delivery to table took 3 different trips. Water tastes like flavor due to type of dispenser.

My cashier was a very rude person, not only to myself but also to another employee.
