Order was confirmed several times, but still came out incorrectly.

I walked up to the counter, stood there for 5 minutes before someone looked up from the sandwich counter & told me they would be right with me. I waited several more minutes before walking out. There was Noone else in line inside. If it takes all your employees to run drive thru, then hire more people.

The service was horrible. I was on my lunch break so only had so much time to sit down and get. I work 2 minutes away so I had plenty of time, if I had actually gotten my food. Instead I had to walk up and try to get my plate that was still sitting in the back. A gentleman walked up and handed another couple their foods but never asked if I needed anything or to find out if I had not received my order. Finally someone came and asked me after I had already stood there 5 minutes and she grabbed my receipt nicely, after I told her I was still waiting on my food, to go see where it was and to get it lacked to go for me now. In doing this I see that my food is actually the one just sitting on the table getting cold because they didn't bother to call for me or let alone see if someone was missing their meal. I will never eat here again and this really put a sour taste in my mouth. No apology or anything.
