Took 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. There were only 4 customers there.

Ordered a chicken salad. It was very strange. Salad would have been better if it had been chopped at least somewhat. The greens were not fresh and I had to pick them out. They were dark and nasty. Husband ordered sandwich. Not much meat and minimal vegetables. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The drive thru was slow, then the cashier held a 15 minute conversation with the people in the car In front of me after handing them their good. When they finally pulled off, and I came up to the window, my order and the car behind mines order were sitting at the window. When I took my bag, my pizza was cold. Cashier never apologized for the delay. I immediately called to speak to the on duty manager, his response to my concern was that he would "ask" his cashier if my observations were valid and if so he would address it. First of all, if my service warranted a call, he should have immediately addressed the issue. Second, his demeanor and vocal responses implied that my concern was invalid and I was bothering him by calling in. I was a frequent customer at this particular Location in Terrell due to convenience to my home, however after the terrible drive thru service and then the managements responses, I will never return to this location.

We waited too long for our food , presentation of the food was not satisfactory. Glad that I don't have to go to this location all the time we were traveling out of town . Bad service

the person who took our order was sweeping floors. came back and wanted to get food without washing hands.
