Schlotzsky's

The pickle juice spilt in bag and got over everything and they put onions on my sandwich even though i requested no onions and the receipt reflected that.

I ordered a bowl of broccoli and cheese soup and got a cup instead

Used the restroom but did not order food.

Took forever in drive thru

The drive thru line was super long and it did take forever to get through it. Once I received my order, the girl at the window wasn't that friendly but wasn't particularly rude either. She was trying to handle the window and take orders at the same time. My food did not taste great, however. I purchased 3 sugar cookies and something was very nasty with them. Either they used a wrong ingredient or something spilt on them to give them a weird taste. The only logical thing I could think of that would explain the horrible taste that whoever baked them mistook the "sugar" for "salt". Also, they NEVER include the pickle spear anymore- even when asked for, which is a total let down. Schlotzsky's is really going down hill these days.

Madison was great! So friendly and provided us great customer service! Hats off to such a fabulous employee. We will be back based on our interaction with her.

Today's sandwiches were pretty disappointing. Too much sauce and onions on one and both seemed to be short on meat!
