It was almost 9 o'clock and I hadn't eaten dinner so I decided to stop by schlotskyz after I did some Christmas and birthday shopping after work. I remember why I haven't been here recently. The food is completely overpriced and the bread to meat ratio is sad.

The sandwich was good but sloppily put together. Also hardly any olives or onions. The main issue was that I offered bbq chips and received jalepeno. That was extremely disappointing. With the price you pay for their food it should be well made.

I really wish Schlotzsky's would offer at least one healthy soup option daily. Well they do have three soups daily, The soups lately have all been cream-based soups with no broth-based soup options. Don't get me wrong, I do think they were all tasty. However soups that are high in fat content and not rich in vegetable or protein content are not my thing when trying to eat healthy.

The girl at the register didn't know what she was doing. I had a coupon for a free sandwich and wanted to purchase potato soup and a drink with it, but she didn't understand what I was trying to say. They didn't have the soup anyways (which was another let down) and my sandwich wasn't spectacular. Only reason we went was to use coupons.
