Good food

The staff was very friendly, but we had to wait outside due to the a/c was out and it was about 95 degrees plus inside!! I really think that there needed to be a sign on door to let patrons know that there a/c was out.

The trip through the drive thru took 20 minutes from start to finish. And there was just one car in front of us. I largely blame the lady in front of us for the delay as it seems she was Rosing for the entire state of Texas. She should have gone in to order. However, given the length of the weight and the lack of care from the server at the window, the poor taste was almost laughable in the end. I was already on the fence about Schlotzsky's but I won't be retiring to that location anymore.

Food was not very tasty

Food was great. Speed of order being ready was just OK, kinda slow. Service at the counter and staff in general was bad. No smile. No greeting. Looked bored. Not an inviting atmosphere.
