waited in drive thru 10minutes before ordering. i had to call the store to tell them I was waiting in yhe drive thru to order. .ugh

I ordered an original, chips, and a drink and presented a coupon. As it turns out, they were offering a free original with purchase of chips and a drink which no one bothered to offer me. When I said something about it at the window, the lady was pretty much like "oh well" and did nothing to fix it. So wrong.
