Some what awesome

The first thing I ordered was an original sandwich without cheese. While waiting for our order which took a very long time a staff member came out to confirm what we wanted on that sandwich. He asked if we wanted only meat and cheese on the sandwich so I checked the receipt and realized that it said something very strange. Rather than no cheese it said sourdough bread add to chatter no mozzarella. And we were charged an extra $1.09 for the chatter. We confirmed with the staff member that we wanted just a regular original sandwich but with no cheese. When we arrived home with our take-out order there were two kinds of cheese on the sandwich. This was problematic as my husband is severely lactose intolerant. I chose not to go up to the counter and ask for my one dollar and nine cents back and to have to order corrected because the person that had helped me check out was the manager himself. He seemed unable to run the cash register did not greet me was not friendly and seemed overall incompetent. I've had really good experiences at other Schlotzsky's so I wouldn't hold this against the restaurant chain in general but I will not be visiting that location again.
