Though the pricing for a sandwich, chips and a drink is a little pricey, I love the sandwich; therefore I will purchase them occasionally.

It was a good experience but they didn't offer or add a pickle to our meals and they were out of sugar cookies, which was a bummer.

I visited the Schlotskys on Burnet road in Austin , Texas and I was shocked at how fast I received my order. I ordered the deluxe original sandwich which has quite a few ingredients and I received it almost immediately after pulling up to the window to pay.

Everything was fine. I asked for extra ice though, and had to remind them to give me more.
