Schlotzsky's

I visited the one in Austin on Anderson and overall it was not a good experience. Service was not good as far as the employee serving us. We did not get our chips we had to ask for our drink cups. The food was ok nothing like the location in San Angelo, Texas where I am originally from.

I love Schlotzskys but it has gotten too expensive for my family of 4. You've priced us out.

It was 62 degrees in the store and the heater was not working. The sun was blazing through the one window without a blind forcing diners to move their seats or be blinded. Food was not brought out in a timely manner due to some "problem with the printer".

Terrible

Expensive. Order was incorrect. Items were missing from order. Got home and didn't have a few things I paid for.

Staff not prepared for a slow period. Food very slow to arrive. Employees I'll equipped

Took 30 mins to get order thru drive thru with one other customer
