Ridiculous wait time through the drive thru

Got a Reuben sandwich as usual. It was poorly made. Barely a trace of sauerkraut on it and not much meat. Nothing like it usually is. It took a long time. I noticed they were cleaning up at 7:35 to close at 8. Containers of products stacked everywhere. I assume that is why it took so long. Expensive sandwich to not be done right.
