We ordered fresh veggie and were given a different veggie. The lady at the counter was rude and wouldn't help us. This is the copperas cove location on Sept 12, 2015 around noon.

The staff was Very unfriendly and sooooooo slow. We had 1 large sandwich and a cup of soup, we got our order 40 minutes later. We like schlotzsky's but not this one.
