Went to grab a Cinnabon, was able to place and grab order quickly

The wait in the drive through was slow and the bread was hard but the staff was very friendly.

Was very unsatisfied with the service at the location in Denton. Specifically went there with a coupon for a free sandwich if I purchased a drink and chips. The worker made me sit there forever while she figured out the coupon only to come back to tell me she would not take it because it had been more than three days. I tried explaining to her that you have three days to take the survey not three days to use the coupon. Then her reply was "well we don't honor the coupon from other locations anyway". I went ahead and purchased at full price the sandwich because I felt bad that they had probably already made it. But did not purchase the chips and drink. Will not return to that location
