Schlotzsky's

Enjoyable atmosphere but the food is too expensive for the sizes you get. The food is absolutely delicious though and the staff is generally very friendly.

I'm just getting familiar with this restaurant. I've gone 3 times in the last month or so. It's good. The staff is...weird.

Too expensive.

We'd only been to schlotzsky's a few times each, years ago. Neither of us liked it much. This time, the food was great. The guy working was kind of a jerk, and we had to go back to correct an order, but the sandwiches were really good.

Was good just a little slow. But still good.

Sale day and they didn't even know about it. I had to repeat the code multiple times. She almost accused me lying, telling me that can't be the code, it's usually longer. This is very bad customer service.

I pulled up to the window in the drive thru and the woman who was taking orders was texting on her cell phone. Another employee had to tell her to get off the phone because the customer was watching her text. My cinnamon roll was cold, so was my sandwich. The only thing good was my drink and it's hard to screw up a fountain drink.

Myself and two coworkers stopped in while doing some work in the area. We were all in uniform (air force) and the other two received discounts but I did not. Just found it odd since I was the only African American but we were all wearing the same uniform.
