Got drinks wrong

I ordered at the drive thru and when I finally got to the window after about 10-15 mins my salad was wrong, they forgot my dressing and my ice cup. When they corrected my salad it had tomatoes when I asked for no tomatoes. Whoever took my order didn't even put on the ticket no tomatoes (or my ice cup), so I don't blame the girl that fixed it. This Schlotzsky's is known for messing up orders. They don't listen or write down orders correctly. It needs to be corrected.

Not the right order. Not the best service. Drink was flat. No cookie. Rude service.
