Not enough meat on the sandwiches

I gave the entire order for all 4 people at the speaker/menu board. I was behind 3 people. Waiting that whole time only to get up to the window and no one even wrote my order down......I had to start all over and then wait for all 4 orders to be made. HIGHLY ANNOYING.
