My sandwich was okay, not the best I've had from schlotzsky's. I also ordered one bag of chips and got charged and received two bags of chips.

I ordered a combo meal and was charged full price for each individual item. I wasn't pleased and the they wouldn't change it.

Staff not very friendly. Soup and sandwiches sat at the window for almost 10 minutes before we finally got up to get them ourselves. Soup was not the one I ordered. And my son's chicken sandwich was skimpy. Hardly any meat. Mostly lettuce. Won't be going back.
