I'm disappointed. The price was too high and my turkey sandwich didn't even taste good... They are pretty slow and it's just not AMAZING

Schlotzskys is not fast food - we know because the drive thru is so slow. But the kids really wanted to eat there. I had joined their new Lotz4 program and have been consistently disappointed. The first time my receipt didn't have the bar code and the employee had no idea what I was talking about. Today the receipt again had no bar code (which is required to get their points) and when I asked the woman was rude and said she didn't have time to answer questions. I wanted to go in and speak to a manager but couldn't find a parking place and didn't want to leave my kids in the car unattended. I think this was the last time we will eat there.
