Lettuce in salad was not good quality; otherwise food was good

Ordered French onion soup. Soup was literally just beef broth and onions.

I called to see if they had a certain soup, went through the drive thru, ordered and paid for several bowls and waited a long time. The person at the window then apologized because they didn't have the soup anymore. I was refunded but it was a long time to wait.
