Favorite sandwich shop of our family for 35+ years

They could put less lettuce and a little more meat

I got what I always get 2 medium fiesta chicken sandwiches. I had no problems and while I didn't get the sandwiches quickly I did eventually get them. $14.05 isn't a bad price to pay for two such big sandwiches. Service was pretty good at the Mason Rd Schlotzsky's compared to the Hwy 6 one that I used to go to.

Compared to the service I'm usually offered at Scholotzsky's I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't have to wait forever to order, pay, or get my food. The woman I talked to was polite and efficient. I usually go to the Scholotzsky's on Hwy 6 but this time I went to the one on Mason Rd and was very happy I did. I even paid less than I normally do. $15.13 to $14.05!! I don't save much but the little I do save and the much more pleasant service means I'll be going to Mason from now on.

My dad loves this place though I don't see the appeal. They make you wait to order, wait to pay, and wait even longer to get your order. Their service is as bad as Popeye's and I wish both would take a page from chick- fil-a's book and treat their customers better.

Too expensive

Bread is what sets sandwich apart. Bacon used is sub par and way to thin. Amount of meat used is to little.

I went to try the southwest chicken salad and was disappointed. It was not very good
