Old place, needs improvement and update

Walking in, it felt like a post-apocalyptic prison camp from the terminator. Navigating first and second floors was confusing - not well marked. Hello kitty was random. The national anthem singer was fabulous. The baseball players and quality of baseball players were delightful. Food was good. One stand ran out of buns and couldn't scan our tickets for the money.

The facility sucks. The A's ownership is a joke. The pin the provided for Throwback Thursday is a joke. The fact that the A's do not provide them for all is embarrassing.

The ramp to the plaza level was blocked off and I have a handicapped person with me. So we we struggled down the stairs to go get garlic fries because were also blocked off from the concessions past the west side club. Let me tell you there was a log jam it was nothing but bodies and heat. It made me nauseous. The police kicked us out of the parking lot a good 30 minutes after the game. We get an hour according to your policy so give us the hour before you turn on your sirens!
