The souvenir store was closed 2 hours before the zoo closed.

It was fun to see all the animals even though it was so hot and some were just sleeping.

Too expensive but my kid loves it soooo no choice. Also you could give a better discount to ppg employees. Didnt they give you like a miillion dollars?? Wouldnt kill ya!

Good day at the zoo except a bunch of the animals must of been tired since they were sleeping.

It's very frustrating to travel and pay for a family to get into the zoo and have some things not available and other things dirty. The shark exhibit by the polar bears, the water was so dirty unless the Sharks were up to the glass. When we first got there the first 3 exhibits they were cleaning windows and couldn't see.

The zoo is old fashion in its care for animals... Small enclosed cages.

Sitting eating at the pizza place. The staff (young heavy set black male) kept snapping his glove. Sounded like a fire cracker was going off. Ridiculous! Grow up! Real nice in front of kids. They need to change the height for the slide. I mean my child climbs all the way up there and misses it by an inch. A slide is dangerous???? Come on people. You have someone at the top and someone at the bottom. The zoo is not too clean. The bathrooms were disgusting. Wow. The animals were too hot to move. Oh well some other time.

The Bears were nowhere to be found. Hardly any of the animals were in the exhibits. Only one each of the orangutans, monkeys, and other apes. Polar bears were also missing.

The water fountains need to work or the price of a bottle of water needs reduced to $1 instead of $3. I thought it was mandated that water fountains are required to work at entertainment facilities.
