Nice zoo but don't think you should have to pay for tram

During our visit the zoo was experiencing a power outage. The only way into the zoo is via escalator or elevator. For us, our only option was the elevator because we had several strollers with us. Because of the power outage neither were up and running. The staff did an amazing job working to accommodate us and even helped to carry our strollers up the escalator steps while we carried our children.

the kids love the interactive kiosks throughout... the animals were available and active this morning!
