Unfortunately, the oven was broken, so not only could we not have our subs toasted but we also couldn't have flatbread as an option. Store was clean and the staff was somewhat polite. Wasn't blown away with the customer service. Attitudes seemed to be bad by the two employees in the store.

They female taking our order seemed disinterested in the fact we were at the counter. She asked how could she help us as she was turning her head away from us and was very short with us. Not a genuine welcome and it felt as if we were interrupting her while we were ordering.

Subway is normally really good, but this visit was not. The guy cut my bread wrong. The top piece of bread was too thin and later fell apart. I did not have a sufficient amount of meatballs on my sandwich or veggies. The woman who cashed me out threw away my new gift card because she wasn't paying attention. Also, I was rather disappointed they didn't do reward points.
