Seaworld overall is fantastic but the employee we dealt with at "guest relations" was not well informed at all about the tours or the prices and she offered us a tour that was booked and didn't have enough room for us then she didn't give us the discount we should have gotten with an annual pass. She definitely needed training. (Daisy from the Philippines) Seaworld itself and all the animals and trainers were phenomenal though.

Love taking my boys and can't wait for the Halloween and Christmas celebrations!!

We had an AMAZING time. It was a trip for a little girl that has a heart for animals but struggles socially. We walked in as soon as the gates opened and every employee we encountered was spectacular! Special kudos to Maggie and the trainer from Group 5 (2:45 dolphin encounter)...you made dreams come true. Thank you to 2 different education people (one at arctic and one at manatees) that answered hundreds of questions Thank you also to Arctic staff that made memories with letting a little girl play underwater with Seals! It was a memory of a lifetime. Love you Seaworld- thank you!
