Wow, how things have changed for the WORST! I was so excited to return to SeaWorld, but it seems the company is now only concerned about money. There is an add on at every corner, and they aren't even avaliable day of! I'm not sure why these add ons weren't offered to us as we bought our tickets. We were thoroughly disappointed when we found out you could no longer touch/feed the Dolphins! Now there is a barrier running around the tank. I understand that there are safety precautions, but even if I pay for the dolphin experience, I only get to touch them. No thanks SeaWorld, you have just lost a customer. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the entire parks most noteworthy is the bathroom facilities. Overall, this was not the experience I remember, and not one I want to relive.

We have gone to SeaWorld San Antonio in November for the last 4 years. This time around there seemed to be a lot less open, and by far not as many shows. We have three kids, shows after 6pm just aren't happening. We made it to see one Shamu show and it didn't even last a whole 10 minutes. Very disappointed by the schedule. Also, the Christmas train was not running, so we had some very disappointed little ones. Hoping next year will be more like past years and we just caught an off day.

The food staff are the laziest group of workers I've ever seen. Not one of them moved with any purpose. They take their time with everything, making what should be a 5 min wait turn into a 30 minute wait. Many times I was second in line for food but waited over 30 minutes. Completely ridiculous. Next time I'll leave for food and come back afterwards

Thought it wasn't nothing special at all. Very disappointed in spending money for our tickets. There were things closed. Didn't get to interact with any animals, have to pay extra for everything. All it is is shows with the animals and roller coasters which we couldn't ride because my wife is pregnant. Pretty boring for us.

SeaWorld is a prison for beautiful sea animals that are meant to be swimming in the open oceans. Before the "One Ocean" Shamu Show, SeaWorld showed a presentation on projectors of people demonstrating wildlife preservation and pleading to the public to do the same and save animal life and their habitats. I thought, however, that this presentation was extremely hypocritical. How can such a place that harshly captivates and trains these majestic creatures, hope that people save them and let them roam free! Shameful.

We were very upset that during spring break the park was not fully operational.

Very disappointed with our recent visit. SeaWorld was always family oriented, this year it's all about scary staff and no trick-o-treat event, I've never seen so many dressed-up crying kids asking parents where is the trick-o-treat place. I was upset more than a child! The food as always expensive (which I don't mind at all), but not tasty (simply disgusting in most cases). Visited 2 restrooms - both were dirty, out of toilet paper
