staff was really nasty to me when I purchase a wrist band for food......she didn't scan my wrist band .......so when I went to get food I didn't work good thing I had my receipt

Nicely decorated for Christmas. Was disappointed they raised the refill rate an additional dollar on drinks. The quality of the product there does not match the price and it seems they are just trying to squeeze more money out of guests.

Love the ornaments!! New refill policy is a little confusing and annoying. Even the workers didn't get it fully!!
