Our AC did not work in the room. The hotel maintenance repaired it, credited us a room.

The hotel is visually appealing, and is in a good location. However, I think this location is resting on their laurels. The check in experience took more than 15 min; absurd. The shower curtain had brown stains on it. The counter in the bathroom needs maintenance repairs. Disappointed is the word that comes to mind, unfortunately.

I was over charged for my bill. The representative at the desk when I whacked in kept telling my wife was wrong when she asked questions and the was old rotten food in a plate in the hallway during our entire stay. Not one worker/staff picked up this plate and removed in over 24 hours.

View from our room is horrible. I guess conference participants get the bad rooms. Parking fee is way to high, especially considering the cost of the room. The hotel doesn't make it easy to get coffee. Way too many people for what they have. Lines are way too long to even try before a meeting. Valet parking rep was very rude. So I self parked. Parking hare he is very, very, very filthy and spaces are way too small. Car already had one ding in the door. To top it off. We had a mouse in our room. I'm extremely disappointed.
