I was on the lawn and didn't appreciate the smokers standing beside us puffing away. I also question why the facility permits concert goers to stand along the rail separating the lawn from the seats considering lawn chairs must be lower than 9" so views aren't blocked. I did like that the lawn was turf.

This is a great venue for a rock and roll concert, but I am not so sure about the idea of making this a classical concert facility. it seems a bit grungy and industrial with all the concrete and steel, but I suppose you have issues with flooding. Great rock venue. Needs more ladies' rooms, but who doesn't?

We had rsvip tickets. The service was satisfactory and the restroom was clean in this area. I didn't visit the other areas.
