Traffic is a freaking nightmare. The most unorganized cluster I have ever seen.

Staff was rude & handicap accessible seating was awful. We had one handicap person and 3 friends that purchased tickets all together. They said only one assistant per handicap person. Nowhere on the website or ticket did it state this. They made us sit in the last row where we were told we were not allowed to stand. We did not see any part of the show at all due to people in the pavilion standing in front of us & the place they say us

I called earlier in the week to see if I was able to bring in a beach chair to warped tour yesterday, I was bringing my daughter and two friends and wanted to bring a chair, which the website says is allowed. I called to make sure and I was told that no chairs were allowed. I saw several people with low sitting beach chairs, that made me very upset and don't think I will be returning to riverbend.

The whole amphitheater was flooded. The main stage for warped tour had to be moved and shade from the amphitheater was not an option due to flooding.

The employees were incredibly rude and disrespectful to my friends and I. I was pleased with the venue but overall, parking was terrible, the staff was awful and I did not appreciate how unprofessional they were.

The person who put my my friend's wristband on, put it on way too tight. He couldn't move his wrist and it was pulling out his arm hairs. We went back to the front and explained that it was hurting him and asked to have it redone. They just stared at us and didn't answer, so we asked again. They stared at each other for a moment and said they couldn't help us. My friend was practically begging, because it was hurting so bad, and we kept getting blank stares and shrugs. Luckily, one of the supervisors noticed what was happening and came over. She apologized for how the wristband was put on and told the workers we'd just been talking to redo his wristband. It just seemed like the gate workers were trained to say no to anything involving extra wristbands, with nothing to allow for special circumstances. And if the company is so concerned about having enough wristbands, as the employee said, then they should train their employees to put the wristband on in a way that they won't slide off, but is still comfortable to wear. The other thing I was disappointed in was the available of free water. I know the it a place is selling alcohol, they legally have to offer little cups of water, but everyone we asked said they had to charge the same for water as they do for soda. I didn't notice water fountains anywhere either. So if there was water there, it wasn't easily available or in plane sight. I ended being to buy their hugely overpriced water, and I felt like the venue was just trying to get money out me. I feel like patronizing them, buying their overpriced food and alcohol, should earn customers a little good will. The bathroom were also pretty gross, but I could have dealt with that if the rest of my experience had been better.

Clean the freaking bathrooms. Such a loser facility when it comes to cleanliness. Yes people party and get sloppy, but that doesn't mean you can't clean regularly. Prices are outrageous- can't you afford better facilities? 200$ tickets and you have to walk a half mile to use a bathroom. Such a lame facility for concerts. Other cities blow this place away. I wish a newer facility was in the works.
