Always takes too long to rent cars and return them. Would much rather go to other companies, where service is much faster.

We went to rent a car and they told us they didn't have any cars. Then we heard the girl answer the phone and tell someone else they had 2 available. So we asked if we could rent one and the girl found a reason to deny us from renting the car.
