Went in to see about getting a tire repaired and ended up buying 4 new tires. Stopped at Discount Tire because it was the closest place I knew of that did tire repairs. Also, I trust them. There is always a line waiting to check in. Once I got to the front desk the process was fast. They had to order all 4 tires. Ended up leaving my car. They received the tires and had them installed by the time I was done at work. Pretty easy transaction. Will definitely go back if I need any tire repair or new tires!

Had to get a flat fixed on tires bought at DT. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They provided and estimate of time and we're pretty accurate which was great so I knew what I could get done while waiting. Definitely recommend!!

I did not make a purchase because they were able to fix my flat tire and that was free of charge that was a great surprise. This is due to me purchasing my tires with them in the past.

Winton early in the morning just to get my tires balanced and rotated before a road trip I was told I would be waiting for an hour I was waiting for almost 2 hours. Happy about the service not happy with the time it took to get done.

I went in to get my tires rotated. I was greeted when I first walked in and told I would be helped in a moment. A second employee wearing a grey shirt was on the phone with a customer. Then he finished his phone conversation and stood there.The first employee was checking on other customers and assuring them their cars were almost ready. He then left to the garage. The 2nd employee stood there and did not ask if I was being helped. I looked in his direction hoping he would make eye contact to I could ask for help but instead he quickly turned away. The 1st employee came back after several minutes and was very courteous and quick to help. I left happy but was unimpressed by the lack of customer service the other employee gave. It was awkward just standing there.
