The service was great however we took a car that was just returned and I would not have minded waiting a few more minutes to have the car thoroughly cleaned before getting it.

Unfortunately this visit there were more reservations than vehicles available. What can I say? It happens. :)

the manager was rude after a staff member mixed up my reservation.
