Fast and healthy menu options

I bought a refillable cup at a different location so I stopped in today for a refill but this location didn't honor it.

This subway is always busy at lunch so we went at 11am to beat the rush. There was already a line and nothing was stocked. They only had two people working. We had to wait for someone to constantly run to the back and slice an ingredient. This should have been fully stocked before the lunch rush. They were out of pickles and had been out all week. We spent our entire lunch break in line to get our food AND we were late getting back to work. We work two minutes from subway. So we were in line over s half hour. I like subway and the healthy menu options but can't spend my entire break waiting in line and not be able to eat my lunch on my break.
