Housekeeping didn't refresh water bottles or replace toilet paper over the 3 day stay.

The AC doesn't work well. The toilet was backed up. The pillows were left in our room with no pillow cases. The bar does not serve the alcohol listed on the label. We ordered Knob Creek whiskey but what we received was not Knob Creek. I watched him pour from the Knob Creek bottle.
