William in the lounge is a great host.

Great location. Breakfast buffet was good. It would have been great if they offered waffles like I have grown to expect from every visit before. But overall good experience

The team that worked in the evening was great & quite helpful in regards to what to do etc. The ones in the morning were much different! I left a package for a coworker who was also staying at the hotel, only to find out it was thrown away, misplaced or destroyed. Fabulous...!
