The rooms were nice and it was an average hotel stay. However there was no transportation provided to the local theme parks. Budget hotels that were half the cost of staying at the Hilton provides complimentary service to all the local theme parks. Very disappointing the hotel didn't have this kind of service considering the amount of money spent to stay there.

Hotel was very nice! Valet staff VERY aggressive and rude though. We heard other guests complaining about it as well

Staff was nice but the lotion and soaps were almost empty. Very strange I felt they weren't replaced at my check in so what else was over looked?

I loved it but they need to pay attention on the details when cleaning. Dust in a lot of places ex. On top of the shower head.

Was disappointed in all the extra cost on top of hotel price paid 150.00 per night and after I checked on they added 16.00 extra per night for parking and an extra 22.00 to use sports amenities . I could have stay at a high end Disney hotel and that's what I will do next time

It was a nice hotel. It had a lot of amenities. The staff was friendly. The food was good.
