Everything was great.

Flies all over resort, misters did not work by pool, housekeeping arrived at 3:30 PM, housekeeping did not wash glasses, housekeeping did not leave coffee, requested coffee via phone call never arrived, check in was at 4:00 got keys at 5:15 PM, restaurant charged us an extra meal, throw up by pool area not cleaned up immediately, pool was murky, paid resort fee in cash mischarged on bill.
