Service was slow! Employee spent more time chatting with customer than processing orders

Manager was incredibly rude. Asked for coffee at 11:30 in the morning and he responded by telling me subway no longer serves coffee and that it's a corporate wide thing. Later that day went to the Tracy mall and found out he did not in fact tell me the truth. Next time I would prefer a little more honesty.

My sandwich choices NEVER resemble how they look in the tv commercial! Very disappointing...

The cookies were hard and tasted like sandwiches it was weird. I bought 3 of the cookies with the sandwich and only one cookie was kind of soft. I will never go to that subway in Tracy off naglee rd again. Gross....
