I took my kids to see Wicked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevators were slow. The valet was a little wait getting back our car, but it moved quickly.

It was an incredible show. The only thing I didn't like is that the seats were too steep and I was scared for my life.

We waited in a taxi line for 50 mins after the show. That seems ridiculous to me. The staff was very friendly. The venue was awesome.

There needs to be speakers for the balcony section. You can barely hear anything in the top rows.
